Marketing Executive Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Executive to drive business growth and lead generation for our electronics manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in EMS/electronics manufacturing, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

The role involves developing and executing B2B marketing strategies to attract OEMs/ODMs in India and abroad, generating and qualifying leads through online/offline channels, industry expos, and professional networks, and identifying new markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities.

The successful candidate will work closely with the sales and technical teams to prepare RFQ responses, proposals, and client presentations, build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, and drive digital presence via LinkedIn and other B2B platforms with marketing content and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to attract OEMs/ODMs
  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels
  • Identify new markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities
  • Coordinate and manage participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
  • Maintain CRM systems and track lead conversion performance
  • Work closely with the sales and technical teams
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of marketing/sales experience in EMS or electronics manufacturing
  • Strong understanding of EMS processes, PCBA, wiring harness, and box-build services
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in using LinkedIn, CRM tools, and digital marketing strategies
