At our company, we are seeking an experienced Marketing Executive to join our fast-paced EMS industry team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting brand growth across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to attract OEMs/ODMs worldwide.
  • Generate and qualify leads through online/offline channels, industry expos, and professional networks.
  • Identify new markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities.
  • Maintain CRM systems and track lead conversion performance.
  • Work closely with sales and technical teams to prepare RFQ responses, proposals, and client presentations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of marketing/sales experience in the EMS or electronics manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of EMS processes, PCBA, wiring harness, and box-build services.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in using LinkedIn, CRM tools, and digital marketing strategies.
