Position Title: Manager/Senior Manager - Strategic Sourcing Electronics

Education: Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics)

Experience: 4-10 years

Work Location: Vadodara

  • Develop electronic products at EMS
  • Electronic manufacturing process of EMS and Quality
  • Rationalize supplier base as per sourcing strategy for electronic components
  • Alternate component/source development
  • Parts approval process along with engineering and quality
  • Costing and rate negotiation
  • IT tool knowledge (SAP, advanced Excel)
  • Cost saving opportunity identification and project execution
  • Decision making and collaboration
  • Good sourcing knowledge on local and global distribution for electronic products
  • Project management skills

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and experience working with global teams.
