Electronics Production Leader

The Electronics Production Lead is responsible for overseeing the production process of high-reliability electronic modules and custom-built hybrid integrated circuits. This includes coordinating export sales, meeting sales plan targets, and engaging in short-term and medium-term planning to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Leading a team to achieve planned quality and quantity levels, and developing methods and systems to proactively address potential quality issues.
- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence, ensuring the safety of personnel, materials, and equipment.
- Providing support to new product development and production processes, driving cost reduction initiatives, improved productivity, and effective utilization of available resources.
- A minimum of 15+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing, preferably in defense, space, and aerospace sectors.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with effective presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to analyze complex situations and possess strong problem-solving skills, skilled in selecting, training, and constructively motivating teams.
