Establish a strong foundation in equipment engineering or manufacturing engineering to support high-performing teams that develop innovative products and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement PCBA processes such as stencil printing, surface mount technology, wave soldering, assembly, and box build.
  • Stay up-to-date with machine programming technologies like SPI, AOI, P&P, and X-ray.
  • Initiate and execute continuous monitoring and improvement actions for SMT processes according to customer requirements.
  • Provide thorough testing and inspection activities and reports to customers.
  • Collaborate with other engineering team members to design new products that can be manufactured efficiently.
Requirements:
  • 0-6 months to 1.5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
  • Excellent English communication skills are essential.
  • Previous experience in the manufacturing engineering industry, preferably in electronics, is highly valued.
