Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled technical support specialist to manage customer issues in production environments.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint integration with Teams is required.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data captures and trace logs to resolve complex customer technical issues.
  • Experience working with network capture and analysis tools like Fiddler and Developer tools.

The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills. They should be able to work with various tools such as Log Reader, Fiddler, and Browser Dev tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer issues in production environments.
  • Analyze and interpret data captures and trace logs.
  • Work with network capture and analysis tools like Fiddler and Developer tools.
  • Owning, investigating, and solving complex customer technical issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and support teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of Education tenant apps such as assignments, class notebooks, and School data sync.
  • Experience with ICM and Service Incident.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
