Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Database Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience working with Oracle database activities, SQL, OEM, Golden Gate Replication (CDC & BDA), RAC/EXA Setup.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement high-performance databases to support business applications.
  • Develop and execute plans to optimize database performance, ensure data security, and integrity.
  • Participate in planning, specification development, and supporting documentation processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall system performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement.

Key Qualifications:

  • 8-12 years of experience in database administration, with expertise in Oracle databases.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, OEM, Golden Gate Replication, RAC/EXA Setup, and related tools and technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new products and technologies.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of SQL Server and Identity Framework.
  • Experience with scripting languages like ksh, Perl, etc.
  • Understanding of ITIL processes and utilization of monitoring tools effectively.
