Executive Remuneration Portfolio Leader

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the entire remuneration framework for top executives, ensuring it aligns with corporate goals.

  • Manage annual Total Rewards revisions, including performance-linked LTI and RSU/PSU grants, board reporting, and regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate extensively with Company Secretary, Nominations and Remunerations Committee, and Top Leadership for budgeting, nominations, approvals, analysis, direction, and steering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design compensation structures and long-term and short-term incentive programs aimed at achieving specific business outcomes.
  • Establish linkages between compensation and performance-based outcomes.
  • Develop and deploy large-impact reward programs that drive business growth.
  • Analyze financial impacts and build scenarios to inform strategic decisions.
  • Digitize processes for improved program implementation.
  • Benchmark reward programs using market intelligence to stay ahead of industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Educational and experience requirements: MBA from a reputable business school.
  • 5–8 years of core compensation domain experience in similar organizations.
  • Candidates should have relevant experience in C&B as described above.
  • Must possess strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to navigate MS Excel modeling with ease.
  • Ability to engage with various stakeholders and work independently, while collaborating effectively with teams.
