    • Track hiring funnel KPIs, attrition rates, engagement scores, and workforce planning metrics.">
    • Present actionable insights to leadership to inform strategic decisions.">

  • HR Compliance & Administration:">

    • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.">
    • Compensation administration, policy documentation, and HR operations.">

A degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred but not required.
