- Track hiring funnel KPIs, attrition rates, engagement scores, and workforce planning metrics.">
- Present actionable insights to leadership to inform strategic decisions.">
- HR Compliance & Administration:">
- ">
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.">
- Compensation administration, policy documentation, and HR operations.">
About the Role:
