Role: Bid Management Specialist

Experience Preferred: 2-3 Years

Location: Gurugram

Job Description:

  • Manage the end-to-end bid process, including crafting responses to RFIs and RFPs in coordination with cross-functional teams.
    • Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Solution Architects, SMEs, and Product Managers to define solution scope, assess feasibility, and ensure proposal alignment with client needs.
      • Coordinate and track bid activities, including daily status meetings, action item assignment, MoM preparation, and deliverable tracking.
        • Ensure timely submission of high-quality bid responses by consolidating inputs from legal, finance, and technical teams.
          • Participate in client interactions (remote/on-site) to capture requirements, address queries, and support proposal discussions.
            • Onboard suppliers for partners in alignment with client procurement policies.
              • Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities, following up on leads, and researching prospective clients.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of RFP lifecycle and proposal management.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation capabilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with legal and compliance requirements in bid management is a plus.
