Job Title: Senior Support Associate
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive support associate to provide executive-level assistance to our senior leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle high-priority correspondence, emails, and calls on behalf of our executives.
- Coordinate strategic meetings, events, and business engagements.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Assist with critical tasks, including documentation and filing.
- Oversee project deadlines, reminders, and follow-ups.
- Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and vendors as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages an asset).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and task management tools.
- Ability to work independently and multitask efficiently.
- Discretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential matters.
