Job Title: Career Advancement Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service or pre-sales, with 0.5–3 years of experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Qualification: Engage with prospective students to generate leads and assess their interest and fit for our courses.
- Prospective Student Engagement: Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with prospective students by offering valuable information on course details, benefits, and career opportunities.
- Collaboration with Sales Team: Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to ensure seamless transition of qualified leads and smooth conversion into enrolled students.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals from various backgrounds, including Bain & Co., BCG, Urban Company, Swiggy, top IITs, and universities such as DU and NIFT.
As a Business Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base.
