We are an e-commerce marketplace that connects customers with top designers from premier colleges in India.
Our vision is to provide unique designs and branding solutions to businesses of all sizes.
As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for connecting with customers through calls and generating business leads.
Your primary goal is to take care of customer projects within the agreed delivery time frame.
You will also handle communication with clients and designers, as well as email and social media correspondence.
To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 10th standard education and experience as a fresher or at least 2-6 months (preferably).
Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
What You Will Do:
- Connect with customers through calls to understand their design needs.
- Generate business leads by communicating the value proposition of our services.
- Take ownership of customer projects and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with designers and clients to deliver high-quality results.
- Manage email and social media interactions to maintain strong relationships.
Estimated Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month.
