About the Role

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and Exceed Sales Targets: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, including identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with existing clients.
  • Successfully Create Business from New and Existing Customer Accounts: Utilize skills and knowledge to identify and capitalize on business opportunities, resulting in increased revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage Complex Negotiations with Senior-Level Executives: Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers, navigating complex negotiations to drive successful outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience and Working Knowledge of CRM Systems: Proficiency in using CRM software to manage customer relationships, track sales performance, and analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Demonstrable Track Record of Over-Achieving Quota: Proven ability to exceed sales targets, consistently delivering high levels of performance and contributing to business growth.
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers, stakeholders, and colleagues.
