Regional Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate business leads through internal and external channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
- Cultivate new sales leads to establish business and negotiate offered services.
- Oversee the overall profitability of respective branches in the region.
- Leverage company value proposition to expand customer base.
- Manage resource allocation while identifying emerging markets and market shifts.
- Responsible for team performance and development.
- Create and manage the branch's strategic plan.
- Develop and maintain best business practices.
- Drive customer retention and growth through strategic account planning and relationship building.
- Maintain healthy receivables and monitor bad debts.
Requirements:
- 15-20 years of experience in freight forwarding/ISO Tank sales is mandatory.
