Job Opportunity
: We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the delivery of recruitment services and collaborate closely with stakeholders to drive business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze trends, communicate insights, and develop effective solutions to meet client needs.The successful candidate will be responsible for leading IT hiring initiatives, communicating solution benefits, and presenting changes in process and new initiatives. They will also analyze recruitment trends, results, and insights to drive future recruitment activity and improve compliance.
This position involves maintaining seamless delivery between onsite and offshore resources, ensuring teams are briefed on contractual recruitment delivery processes, and managing third-party service providers as assigned. Additionally, the candidate will develop talent pools for business units, represent client brands to attract and retain talent, monitor service delivery against contractual terms, and manage out-of-scope requests.
The ideal candidate will possess a graduate degree with 12+ years of experience in lead recruitment delivery or account management roles. They should have a thorough understanding of end-to-end IT recruitment process methodology within the staffing industry or corporate HR, leadership experience in RPO environments, and successful search management skills.
