Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist

As our Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will architect and continually evolve talent acquisition programs in a globally consistent manner that attract, engage, and inspire the very best.

About the Role
  • This is a pivotal position where you will oversee the development and implementation of end-to-end talent acquisition strategies to deliver business results.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address key talent gaps, and develop tailored solutions to drive hiring efficiency and candidate satisfaction.
Skill Requirements
  • Possess expertise in AI-driven talent acquisition, including the application of machine learning algorithms and automation tools.
  • Able to lead the adoption of AI-powered best practices to elevate hiring speed, accuracy, and personalization.
Talent Lifecycle Management
  • Identify process gaps across the talent lifecycle and develop targeted interventions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive talent acquisition playbooks, ensuring scalability and consistency across all recruitment channels.
Candidate Experience
  • Drive the development of structured interviews and recruiter training to ensure consistent, compelling candidate engagement.
  • Leverage data analytics to inform talent acquisition strategies and continuously evaluate and improve candidate experience metrics.
Training and Development
  • Develop and deliver TA certification initiatives on competency-based interviews, Tekion pitch, negotiation, and offer closure strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement effective training programs for recruiters and hiring managers.
