Transformation Leader Job Description

The position of Transformation Leader for Order to Cash will oversee and execute a roadmap that addresses business problems/opportunities for key customers in the Finance and Accounting (F&A) domain. This will be achieved by utilizing methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Re-engineering, and combining technology solutions using GenAI, RPA, VBA/SQL/Python.

The incumbent will be responsible for effectively identifying/planning and delivering Digital/Customer-Initiated (CI) projects/Roadmap, working with cross-functional global leads including the digital delivery team, and client leadership successfully.

This role may involve directly managing the account or reporting to an account manager, but the responsibility of planning and delivering the strategy would be with the lead role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver Continuous Improvement, productivity improvement in the account and Bad Bench reduction.
2. Implement Global Processes.
3. Support operational excellence and automation and implement best practices and drive efficiency and standardization as approved.
4. Assess new laws, policies, and practices, organization changes, and the impact on the Global Processes and communicate such changes and impact to clients.
5. Lead trainings and knowledge transfer relating to the GPO Services.
6. Create Transformation Road Map and deliver projects aligned with clients.
7. Deploy GenAI/Agentic, RPA, Macros, Visualizations dashboards, and Lean Six sigma, COE projects for mitigating process issues and improving Operational efficiencies identified across towers.
8. Design, implement, test, and complete all In-Scope CI Projects.
9. Engage lean six sigma practices and processes.
10. Support Operations to meet transformation objectives of clients and deliver required business value, productivity.
11. Identify Issues and Incidents, perform Root Cause Analysis and determine root causes that are leading to Issues; recommend process and System improvements; and resolve Issues and Incidents.
12. Manage client relationship and deliver transformation roadmap.
13. Lead large teams for transformation resources to deliver program.
14. Drive deployment of AIML tools in operations to improve process performance, metric improvement, and deliver business value.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience in Oracle Fusion, Tririga, SAP, S4Hana, High Radius, Service Now, etc. or similar technology and technology deployments.
• Experience in driving GenAI/Agentic, RPA program, and deploying it across platforms.
• Extensive experience in the Order to Cash domain, should have led transformation across all sub-processes like Cash Application, Billing, Netting, etc.
• Experience in driving continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma Methodology.
• Experience in managing client discussions and driving large transformation programs.
• Experience in deploying AIML or Generative AI solution and driving analytics programs.
• Project Management skills – Strong Influencing skills and clarity of thought on effective project management are required.
• People Leadership: Ability to coach & mentor people. Ability to effectively influence & motivate others and Ability to work in diverse teams and with multiple stakeholders.
• Delivers oral and written communications that have clarity and impact.

• Exposure to business metric improvement initiatives like close optimization.
• Understanding of Defining SLA/KPI and linking it to business metrics.
• Experienced Process improvement and Automation expert with domain exposure in F&A.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

• Lean Six Sigma- GB / BB certification.
• Exposure to AIML certification would be an added advantage.
• Tenured experience leading transformation for relevant years.
