CX Transformation Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CX Transformation Leader to lead our customer experience transformation initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by delivering exceptional customer experiences across new age clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive CX transformation strategies that meet or exceed business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of customer needs and preferences to inform CX strategy and identify areas for improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for CX initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of CX initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in customer experience transformation, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • 3+ years of experience working with multiple new age customers in CX.
  • Excellent understanding of AI, Agentic AI, Chat bots, and other transformation solutions in CX space.
  • Ability to visualize and articulate solutions in a manner that makes sense to target audience and customers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
