About the Role

This is a full-time on-site position for a Lead Recruiter/Recruitment Manager based in Bengaluru. The successful candidate will oversee the recruiting team, develop and implement recruitment strategies, manage the end-to-end recruitment process, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, screen, and select top talent from diverse backgrounds
  • Coordinate interviews and build strong relationships with candidates
  • Negotiate job offers and ensure a seamless hiring process
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and metrics to inform strategic decisions
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in recruitment management, team leadership, and hiring strategies
  • Excellent proficiency in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing
  • Strong negotiation and offer management skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Superb organizational and time-management skills
