Senior Associate - Developer Marketing

As a Senior Associate on our Developer Marketing team, you will spearhead the development and execution of strategies to increase product awareness, education, and adoption among developers. This role requires a deep understanding of the target audience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive community growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and oversee developer programs with a focus on awareness, education, and adoption of our products
  • Understand our current user base and identify opportunities to reach a broader audience
  • Develop strategies to grow and scale the developer community, creating campaigns to engage with developers on a large scale
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align community engagement strategies with company goals
  • Conceptualize and create engaging content and events to foster active participation and interaction among community members
  • Design and conduct experiments across various marketing channels, email, social media, content, events, etc., to discover effective acquisition and growth strategies

Key Qualifications:

  • B2B SaaS marketing experience
  • Experience in marketing to developers or from a developer-first/developer-plus organization - non-negotiable
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
