Digital Communications Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated professional to execute marketing communications in our digital channels. This includes leveraging the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) platform to drive conversions and engagement.
- Fully executing marketing campaigns and collaborating with product and marketing teams to support campaign build, testing, and execution.
- Maintaining high standards of campaign performance tracking and user behavior monitoring to inform strategies that drive results.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in email marketing, specifically utilizing SFMC.
- Proficiency in using SFMC tools such as Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Content Builder.
- A solid understanding of HTML/CSS for email design and development.
