Strategic Partnership Development Lead

We are seeking a seasoned executive to join our growth team and play a crucial role in building meaningful partnerships, activating communities, and championing corporate wellness initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate the company's mission into clear trade, community, and corporate partnership plans
  • Drive offline channel marketing efforts through local activation programs, pharmacy promotions, and in-store merchandising
  • Activate doctor networks and community programs by building and sustaining relationships with doctors, RWAs, NGOs, and local groups
  • Forge on-site employee health and wellness programs with HR, Admin, and CSR teams
  • Optimize financial and operational performance by owning P&L for offline initiatives and enforcing credit controls
  • Ensure rigorous project management by overseeing multiple programs and events with disciplined planning and stakeholder reporting protocols
  • Cultivate cross-functional leadership by uniting sales, marketing, clinical, operations, finance, legal, and tech teams around shared KPIs
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Healthcare Management, or Strategy
  • 10-15 years of experience in healthcare, health tech, hospitals, or wellness industry with 5+ years in senior roles managing partnerships, trade marketing, or community initiatives
  • Proven track record in building and scaling B2B and B2C outreach models
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects and multi-stakeholder environments
