About the Role

We want a creative, confident, and camera-friendly personality who can manage our online communities across multiple platforms while creating engaging behind-the-scenes content that captures the spirit of Nap Chief. This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people, thrives on new ideas, and enjoys being both behind and in front of the camera.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow our communities across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Create fun, authentic BTS videos of our office and team
  • Appear in videos confidently and host engaging content
  • Plan and execute creative social media campaigns
  • Engage with followers by replying to comments, messages, and DMs
  • Spot and adapt to social media trends to keep our content fresh and relevant
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new content ideas

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in content creation, community management, or social media
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable and confident speaking on camera
  • Creativity and social media know-how
  • Basic video shooting and editing skills
  • Friendly, approachable, and engaging personality

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with trending formats like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok
  • Basic graphic design skills
