Role: Content & Community Manager

We're looking for a Content & Community Manager who can
write like a journalist, think like a marketer, and engage like a community builder

. This role sits at the core of our
Thinkly Gold newsletter ecosystem

and the vibrant communities that power it.

Responsibilities

  • Lead
    content strategy

across newsletters, social media, and community platforms.
- Write and edit engaging
copy, captions, scripts, and long-form content

in Thinkly's unique voice.
- Manage and grow
online communities

across multiple verticals (AI, Geopolitics, Marketing, Higher Education, etc.).
- Plan and execute
AMA sessions, podcasts, and community conversations

, ensuring high participation and impact.
- Own
social media presence

, creating compelling posts, carousels, and reels tailored to a professional, educated audience.
- Collaborate with community managers, experts, and the founding team to align content with brand goals.
- Track engagement metrics, experiment with various formats, and continually refine strategies to expand Thinkly's digital presence.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–3 years of experience in
    content, community management, or digital marketing

.
- A sharp, witty writer with the ability to adapt to multiple formats (newsletters, reels, long-form, etc.).
- Strong understanding of
audience behaviour on social media

(LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter).
- Ability to
curate, simplify, and contextualise complex topics

(AI, business, geopolitics, etc.) for a broad audience.
- Someone who loves conversations, storytelling, and sparking engagement.
- Experience with
Canva, Mailchimp, WordPress, and Google Analytics

is a plus, but not mandatory
