Job Responsibilities Conceptualize and craft innovative and relevant content ideas for marketing campaigns across digital print outdoor direct marketing and other media platforms Develop creative and persuasive copy for advertisements brochures social media posts and website content that aligns with brand messaging and values Plan and execute communication strategies around topical and festive themes throughout the year Ensure consistency in messaging across all marketing channels Write impactful and engaging copy for all marketing materials ensuring alignment with the brand s voice and tone Draft press notes and press releases for the brand founder and directors conveying key messages effectively to the media Create unique and memorable names for jewellery collections and individual pieces that reflect the brand s ethos and market appeal Develop and maintain a compelling brand narrative that resonates with the target audience Use storytelling techniques to build a strong emotional connection with consumers and differentiate the brand from competitors Guide and oversee the communication and PR teams to ensure brand communication is consistent and on point Ensure all communication efforts achieve desired marketing and business results Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to ensure all campaigns are cohesive and aligned with the overall brand strategy Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality content delivery Requirements Proven experience in content creation copywriting and communication strategy Excellent writing editing and storytelling skills Strong understanding of various marketing channels including digital print social media and outdoor etc Ability to craft compelling brand narratives that engage and resonate with the target audience Experience managing communication and PR efforts to ensure consistent messaging Ability to think creatively and develop innovative content ideas for diverse media Strong organizational and project management skills
