Job Title: HR Business Partner Specialist

About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced and skilled HR Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving employee queries and concerns efficiently, tracking resolutions within agreed timelines, and ensuring strict compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
  • Key Responsibilities Include:
    • Employee Relations Management
    • Labor Law Compliance
    • Discipline Policy Implementation
    • Employee Engagement Initiatives
    • Performance Appraisals Coordination
    • Training Plans Monitoring
    • Exit Interviews Conducting
  • The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Industrial Relations, Human Resource Management, or any related field, with significant experience in HR roles within a BPO/Call Center environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a solid understanding of labor laws, and experience in handling employee relations, engagement, and retention initiatives.
  • The selected candidate will work onsite in Bhavnagar and be flexible to work in shifting or rotational schedules within 24/7 work hours.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • Significant experience in HR roles within BPO/Call Center environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
