Our StorySince our inception, we have been driven by a passion to revolutionize the education sector. We recognized the potential of educators and content creators and became their secret 'weapon of mass instruction'. Today, we support a whopping 100,000+ educators and content creators from over 3,000 towns and cities.
Our educators come from diverse backgrounds, including test prep categories and new-age content creation areas such as personal finance, cooking, digital marketing, organic farming, and many more. They use our platform to break barriers and reach students globally using their own branded apps.

What You Will DoJob DescriptionYou will be responsible for overseeing the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and setup. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless integration of services.
- You will develop and maintain strong customer relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
- You will act as a primary point of contact to address client concerns and ensure their success.
- You will manage a portfolio of accounts, monitor engagement, and proactively address issues to enhance client retention.
You will drive renewal processes and upsell opportunities by demonstrating the ongoing value of our services.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer success, or account management, preferably in a tech or education environment, is essential.
You should also possess strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage effectively with diverse client groups, are a must.
A working proficiency in Malayalam, both written and verbal, is required.
