We're seeking a talented professional to join our team at Cosmofeed as an International Growth Associate. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with top creators worldwide, driving their success on our platform and contributing to the growth of the creator economy.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong partnerships with creators, producing engaging content, and contributing to marketing efforts. This position requires working night shifts (IST) to accommodate US time zones, particularly PST.

About the Role

This is a dynamic, fast-paced environment that demands adaptability and creativity. As an International Growth Associate, you'll have the chance to:

  • Create viral content and success stories showcasing SuperProfile's revenue potential for creators
  • Lead high-impact webinars focused on monetization strategies and premium features
  • Drive aggressive user growth through targeted creator outreach and conversion optimization
  • Identify and secure partnerships with high-influence creators across major platforms
  • Cultivate a network of power users who drive referral growth and gather strategic feedback to inform product development
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in the creator economy, social media management, or a similar field
  • Strong understanding of creator platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, Twitch, etc.)
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Ability to connect with diverse, international creators
  • Knowledge of internet business models and trends within the creator economy
