Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our public health research initiatives.

About the Role:

Our team provides strategic guidance and data-driven insights to organizations, analyzing market trends and consumer behavior.

They help decision-makers make informed choices that positively impact their organization's performance and bottom line.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct secondary research on public health areas, including Maternal and Child health, Immunization, FP, NTDs.
  • Manage databases and repositories, ensuring timely updates.
  • Develop excellent knowledge of data management, analysis, and M&E activities.
  • Execute research and MLE activities, including quantitative surveys and qualitative impact stories.
  • Plan, write, edit, review, and coordinate monthly reports, presentations, dashboards, visualizations.
Requirements:
  • 7-12 years of experience in public health research, preferably in India and globally.
  • Masters or MA in Public Health.
  • Excellent consulting, research, MLE, data analysis, and writing capabilities.
  • Strategy execution, measurement, review, and adjustment experience is preferred.
  • Excellent oral, facilitation, and written communication skills.
