Department: Business Development / Documentation

Reporting to: Senior Architect / Business Development Head

Experience: 1 to 3 years (Candidates who are exceeding the required experience tenure will not be considered)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Documents Executive & Research Analyst to support our business development and project documentation processes. This role involves conducting strategic research to identify new business opportunities, maintaining and organizing all project-related documentation, and preparing MIS reports for internal review and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Research & Analysis

  • Conduct market research on potential clients, ongoing/upcoming architectural projects, government tenders, and competitors.
  • Identify and track RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and other bidding opportunities from public and private sectors.
  • Prepare client profiles, project briefs, and analysis reports to assist the Business Development team.
  • Coordinate with online tendering portals and procurement platforms.

2. Documentation Management

  • Maintain and organize all documentation related to architectural projects (drawings, contracts, approvals, correspondences).
  • Track project progress documentation including timelines, deliverables, and revisions.
  • Ensure timely filing and secure storage of physical and digital documents as per company protocol.
  • Update and maintain document control logs.

3. MIS & Reporting

  • Prepare regular MIS reports for project status, submissions, document tracking, and business leads.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and other marketing documents.
  • Support audit requirements by ensuring proper document trails.

4. Coordination

  • Liaise with internal design and project teams to collect required documentation.
