Key responsibilities

  • Conducting Keyword Research: Identifying relevant keywords for target audiences to inform content optimization strategies.

  • On-Page and Off-Page SEO Optimization: Optimizing website content, meta tags, and URL structures to improve search engine rankings.

  • Monitoring Website Performance: Using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console to analyze website traffic, user engagement, and conversion metrics.

  • Analyzing Data and Identifying Areas for Improvement: Providing data-driven insights to inform SEO strategies and optimize website performance.

  • Collaboration: Working with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to implement SEO recommendations and strategies.

Required Skills

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz, as well as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for technical SEO optimizations.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify SEO challenges and make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

  • Certifications: Certifications in Google Analytics, SEO, or digital marketing can be beneficial.

  • Experience Level: 1-2 years of experience in SEO roles, preferably in the IT/Marketing industry.
