Senior Research Executive

This is a challenging role for a highly motivated individual to lead research projects from conception to completion. As a Senior Research Executive, you will be responsible for managing and implementing research initiatives, leading project teams, and acting as the primary client contact for logistics.

You will also conduct research activities, including designing high-quality screeners and questionnaires, conducting pilot interviews, and facilitating client meetings. Your strong communication skills and interpersonal skills will enable you to build cohesive working environments and help others learn and share knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and implement research projects by leading project teams and overseeing deliverables and tasks.
  • Conduct research activities, including designing high-quality screeners and questionnaires, conducting pilot interviews, and facilitating client meetings.
  • Initiate client relationships and drive business growth through marketing activities, including arranging meetings and drafting client-focused proposals.
  • Provide effective coaching to colleagues through on-the-job feedback and guide workload planning for effective project management.
Requirements:
  • Strong degree in any subject and/or professional qualification.
  • 2-4 years' experience in research or professional services organisation.
  • 2 years' experience in research-based project support role.
  • 1-2 years Healthcare experience is essential.
  • Healthcare knowledge or experience is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to produce near final interview materials and presentation drafts.
  • Solid project management skills.
  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic coaching skills.
  • Computer proficient – Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
