Guest Experience Specialist Job

Delivering exceptional service to guests and ensuring a memorable stay is our top priority at Marriott Hotels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all areas, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Complete daily closing duties, including storing reusable goods, restocking items, turning off lights, locking doors, and cleaning equipment.
  • Inspect and maintain the cleanliness of all china, glass, and silverware prior to use.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous work experience in hospitality is desirable but not required.
