We are seeking a skilled automotive analysis engineer to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough analyses to ensure the structural integrity and durability of automotive components.

Job Description:
  • A strong foundation in nonlinear finite element analysis (FEA) and optimization is essential for achieving strength and stiffness targets.
    • Fatigue life estimations for parent metal and weld connections require expertise in Abaqus, Nastran, Optistruct, Hypermesh, Ansa, Hyperview, and Metapost.
  • Understanding of structural dynamics, modal analysis, and dynamic responses (frequency response functions and random excitations) is necessary.
    • Full vehicle level NVH studies with point mobility and local dynamic stiffness expertise are required to optimize target frequencies and dynamic responses.
  • An intuitive understanding of structural mechanics and problem-solving skills are necessary to come up with countermeasures that are feasible from a manufacturing and assembly perspective.
    • Exposure to multi-body dynamics simulations with flex-body analysis is a plus.

Interested candidates should have 8-13 years of experience, a B.E/M.E degree in automotive or mechanical engineering, and excellent analytical skills.
