Job Title:

Automotive Audio System Architect

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Audio System Architect to drive the design and development of next-generation automotive audio systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement hardware architecture and component selection for automotive audio systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet performance, reliability, and cost requirements
  • Recommend electronic components, including amplifiers, microphone interfaces, audio DSP, power circuitry, speaker interfaces, and digital audio interfaces
  • Work with acoustic measurement instruments, audio data acquisition, analysis systems, and Audio Precision
  • Drive design features and technology roadmaps with silicon vendors
  • Support HW Engineering during advanced design phases and system architecture definitions

Requirements:

  • B.E/B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech in Electrical/Electronics, Telecommunication, or equivalent Engineering
  • 3+ years of experience in automotive embedded electronics designs or hardware/system architectural roles
  • Knowledge of In-vehicle infotainment systems, Audio systems, Automotive vehicle connectivity systems, and ECU design, development, and testing
  • Experience in Automotive ECU design, Audio standards, automotive testing, and certification
  • Strong teamwork spirit and excellent oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in automotive areas (OEM, TIER1, TIER2)
  • Understanding and knowledge of Board software/Bring up software, Audio DSP, and MCUs
  • Knowledge of safety standards including ISO 26262, Euro NAP, and Security regulations
