Branch Sales Manager Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive automotive finance business for the assigned branch, ensuring timely achievement of sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Lead and develop a team of Sales Executives and Relationship Officers, providing guidance on customer engagement and relationship-building strategies.
  • Maintain strong partnerships with automobile dealers, DSA partners, and other sourcing channels to drive business growth.
  • Monitor loan applications, ensuring adherence to credit policies and facilitating coordination between credit and operations teams for efficient processing.
  • Ensure quality sourcing of new business and minimize delinquency through thorough pre-screening and customer evaluation processes.
  • Organize sales promotions and participate in vehicle exhibitions or dealer events to foster brand awareness and increase market share.
  • Manage daily MIS reports, funnel management, and pipeline review to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Address customer queries and ensure timely disbursement and service delivery, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to stay abreast of market trends and pricing strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory norms and internal policies, upholding industry standards and best practices.
