Customer Service Representative - Automotive Spare Parts

 

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients of an automotive spare parts company. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing customer requests, addressing complaints and inquiries promptly, and conducting sales processes.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer requests through a shared mailbox and provide member support across multiple channels.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and inquiries efficiently.
  • Conduct product sales and process returns and related requests.
  • Identify customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide solutions and alternatives within time limits.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to find problem solutions.
  • Develop and document knowledge into content.
