Rambhau Mhalgi Prabodhini, a pioneering leadership development institution, was founded in 1982 to foster the growth of elected representatives and social workers.

With special consultative status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council, we aim to elevate our research to policy-making levels.

We require a visionary leader to manage activities at our Knowledge Excellence Centre and expand new areas of study at our Bhayandar campus.

The role involves:

  • Expanding current initiatives, introducing new dimensions, and taking projects to policy level
  • Closely examining international events and initiatives
  • Developing and implementing training, public awareness, and research programs
  • Fostering collaboration with government bodies, academia, and civic partners
  • Guiding and ensuring execution of strategy for in-house talent management & development programs
  • Operating with management committee through consultative approach
  • Providing strategic guidance and operational excellence of existing campus facilities and infrastructure

We seek a candidate with:

  • Any professional qualification with Ph.D. preferred
  • 20-25 years of experience in leadership, education, social research, public policy, or non-profit sectors
  • Strong track record in program development, partnerships, and team management
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
  • Commitment to ethical governance and public leadership
