Senior Agile Facilitator

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Agile Facilitator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for guiding teams through the Agile methodology, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and ensuring the successful adoption of Agile principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Agile Methodology Expertise: Deep understanding of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and Scaled Agile methodologies (SAFe, LeSS, or Scrum).
  • Facilitation Skills: Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, workshops, and training sessions with cross-functional teams.
  • Certifications: Certified Professional Scrum Master (PSM1) or equivalent, with PSM2 or a similar qualification being a plus.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactive approach to process improvements, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing changes to drive business outcomes.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work in a multi-site environment, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 10-15 years of experience as a dedicated Agile Coach or Scrum Master, with at least 4+ years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in English, proficiency in Agile & DevOps tools and practices, and understanding of the payments industry is advantageous.
