Job Title

The Senior Creative Strategist position involves leading a team to develop innovative campaigns that meet and exceed client expectations. The role requires in-depth understanding of branding, marketing, advertising principles and the ability to stay updated with industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft creative solutions for multiple brands across various industries, including campaign planning, ideation, scriptwriting and copywriting.
  • Manage junior creatives, providing guidance, feedback and references for campaigns and other creative tasks.
  • Collaborate with the New Business team to create engaging pitches for new clients.
  • Present creative plans and scripts to clients for diverse brands.
  • Evaluate and enhance the quality of creative work, considering opportunities for recognition and awards.
  • Work closely with the Integrated Solutions Team on daily tasks, from social media content to annual campaign strategies.
  • Offer visual direction to the graphic design team.
  • Analyze and break down project briefs for junior creatives to ensure seamless workflows.
  • Develop revisions based on internal or external feedback, setting realistic timelines that balance creativity and client goals.
  • Maintain active involvement throughout the production process, from concept to final product delivery.
  • Conduct thorough research on brands, their competitors, target audience and industry developments.
