Drive Sales Growth and Expansion
Job DescriptionAGM/Sr. Manager-Sales Role:
As a key member of our sales leadership team, the AGM/Sr. Manager-Sales will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion across India.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and lead a high-performing pan-India team of tele-callers and walk-in counselors to achieve monthly admissions targets.
- Develop and implement effective lead follow-up strategies and pitch training programs to enhance conversion rates.
- Train and audit regional teams on sales scripts, conversion tracking, and objection handling techniques to ensure consistent performance.
- Utilize data and feedback to optimize parent journeys from enquiry to admission, resulting in improved customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute Annual Operating Plans (AOPs) with regular reviews and adjustments.
- Meet or exceed admissions targets for assigned schools and geographies through strategic planning and execution.
- Stay up-to-date with CRM systems, lead management processes, and funnel KPIs to drive data-driven decision making.
- A strong track record of sales leadership experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
