Job Title: Sales Marketing Director

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Marketing Director to spearhead our sales and marketing efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive revenue growth, enhance brand awareness, and expand our customer base.

You will lead a high-performing team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed. Your expertise in market research, customer relationship management, and sales forecasting will enable us to stay ahead of the competition and make informed business decisions.

In this role, you will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to capitalize on them. Your ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and communicate effectively will be invaluable assets to our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and enhance brand awareness
  • Lead a high-performing team of sales and marketing professionals

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales management, marketing strategy, and business development
  • Strong skills in market research, customer relationship management (CRM), and sales forecasting
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience in leading and managing teams
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field; master's degree is a plus
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and CRM software
