About the Role

We are looking for a Retail Sales and Marketing to manage and grow sales in our retail outlets. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, energetic, and have prior experience in store operations, inventory management, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently.
- Handle inventory management and ensure product availability.
- Execute and manage sales campaigns to attract and retain customers.
- Drive sales growth and ensure monthly targets are achieved.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain store standards.
- Provide insights on customer preferences and local market trends.
- Manage multiple retail stores remotely from HQ after initial training across outlets, with periodic visits as required.

Requirements

- 23 years of experience in retail sales/store operations.
- Strong knowledge of inventory handling and store management.
- Experience in running promotional campaigns and achieving sales growth.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
