Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Trainer located in Delhi. The Retail Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions, developing training materials, providing coaching to improve customer service skills, and ensuring all staff members are well-versed in the company's products and policies. The Retail Trainer will play a key role in enhancing the skills and performance of the retail team.

Engage with travel agents across North & Central America, Africa, and Europe to promote products and services.

Drive sales growth by managing existing agency relationships and onboarding new partners.

Act as a single point of contact for sales and operational requirements from designated international markets.

Register new agencies and conduct product presentations, demos, and training sessions for agency staff.

Prepare and present sales reports and monthly MIS to the management team.

Collaborate with the Marketing Team to promote destinations, campaigns, and seasonal offerings.

Work closely with the Product & Operations Teams to ensure smooth lead conversion and service delivery.

Maintain strong professional relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent command of English (knowledge of foreign languages will be an advantage).

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and presentations.

Familiarity with CRM tools or similar platforms will be preferred.
