A major challenge we face is the high inflation rate in healthcare costs, which is 3 times that of general inflation. This means that many Indians cannot afford health insurance on their own.

As a result, as many as 600 million Indians may have to depend on employer-sponsored insurance.

We believe that everyone deserves access to quality healthcare, regardless of their background or financial situation.

To achieve this vision, we need a team of skilled professionals who can help us create a system that works for everyone.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong finance background, with at least 5 years of experience in the technology sector or start-ups.

The role requires creating annual budgets and building financial models, monitoring targets and course corrections, and publishing regular MIS dashboards.

Additionally, the candidate should have deep revenue analytics and insights skills, with the ability to carry out periodic data reconciliation and follow up with insurers and internal sales teams.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing multiple stakeholders, participating in projects on system automation, and working closely with the accounting team.

We are looking for someone with strong data gathering and massaging skills, who can develop a strong partnership with business leaders and influence and persuade them.

The ideal candidate should also have strong business acumen, curiosity, agility, and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Suite is highly desirable.
