We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Human Resources department.

About the Role:
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Design and implement policies that foster a positive work environment, promote employee engagement, and drive business success

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled HR Manager to shape the employer brand strategy, develop and track objectives for the HR team, and spearhead improvements to the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and track objectives for the HR team, ensuring alignment with business goals
  2. Design and implement compensation and benefits plans that attract and retain top talent
  3. Spearhead improvements to the recruitment process, including in-house events and employee referrals
  4. Discuss career development paths with managers and ensure timely resolution of employee grievances
  5. Monitor HR metrics, such as turnover rates and cost-per-hire, to inform strategic decisions

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR technology, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to foster healthy employee relations and drive business growth.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with HR Management Software, including payroll systems and ATS
  • Solid understanding of labor legislation and compliance
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to foster healthy employee relations and drive business growth
