Key responsibilities include designing and implementing pricing frameworks for merchant acquiring and digital payments, monitoring MDR structures, interchange fees, and cost dynamics to maximize profitability, working closely with product and business teams to evaluate pricing for new launches or experiments, analyzing transaction-level data to identify mismatches, undercharges, and revenue leakage, supporting implementation of controls and fixes to plug leakages across systems and merchant billing, acting as a finance partner to Product, Engineering, Sales, and Ops teams on pricing and profitability, participating in key business reviews, offering financial insights and pricing recommendations, creating dashboards and models to track pricing health, merchant-level profitability, and recovery metrics, and driving automation and visibility across pricing and revenue dashboards using tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI.

We are seeking an individual with 5–8 years of experience in business finance, pricing, or FP&A roles, exposure to fintech, payments, or merchant businesses is highly desirable. Key skills required include financial modeling, pricing strategy, margin analysis, Excel, SQL, Power BI or Tableau, and business acumen.
