Job Title: Financial Analysis Manager

The Role Summary is a high-visibility position with Senior Finance stakeholders, requiring exceptional communication skills and the ability to lead a team of professionals.

This role demands a passionate individual who can gain a big-picture view of a company's business operations and make meaningful contributions in Financial Planning & Analysis and Finance Business Partnering.

  • The incumbent will have to develop a strong understanding of Revenue and Cost drivers to provide guidance to the team and valuable support to Finance stakeholders and Business.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor the FP&A team, ensuring their development and performance.
  • Expert knowledge of Strategic Planning & Business Partnering, Financial Planning & Forecasting, Financial Modelling and Analysis, Reporting & Communication, Performance Management and Improvement, Collaboration and Stakeholder Management, Variance Analysis and Ad-hoc Analysis, Internal Finance Controls and Risk Management is necessary for success in this role.

Key Accountabilities include:

  • Developing sound professional working relationships with Finance teams based in other geographies.
  • Leading, line managing and developing team members, supporting development and training needs.
  • Communicating effectively with all levels of management.
Experience and Personal Qualities
  • A qualified Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance with 15 to 20 years of Post-Qualification Experience, preferably with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
  • Proven ability to manage, guide and supervise a team of ~30 FTEs.
  • Excellent knowledge of current regulations, including IFRS and UK GAAP.
  • Good knowledge of core financial systems and general accounting procedures.
