Job Title: Google Ads Performance Max Campaign Manager

We are seeking an experienced Google Ads campaign manager with expertise in Performance Max campaigns and a proven track record of driving leads for small businesses in North America.

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on knowledge of launching, testing, optimizing, and scaling campaigns while prioritizing performance-driven results. Key responsibilities include strategically managing Performance Max campaigns, targeting local and regional SMBs in the USA, and employing a test-and-scale approach to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Launch and manage Performance Max campaigns to achieve high-performing results
  2. Develop and implement targeted strategies to engage local and regional SMBs in the USA
  3. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign structure, creative assets, ad copy, audience signals, and bidding strategies
  4. Provide weekly reports and actionable recommendations to stakeholders
  5. Own campaign performance and deliver measurable results on lead and sales KPIs

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience running Performance Max campaigns with exceptional results
  2. In-depth understanding of North American SMB segments and customer behavior
  3. Ability to set up conversion tracking, first-party audience signals, and campaign structure for optimal performance
  4. Expertise in lead generation, ROAS optimization, and scaling budget effectively
  5. Strong communication skills and English proficiency
